Small-load delivery
Supplier Pickup & Delivery for Contractors
Your order is sitting at the counter or in the yard. We collect it and bring it to the site.
- Independent service — no supplier affiliation implied.
- Will-call orders, yard loads and counter pickups.
- One less trip for your crew.

Why contractors use this service
Supplier runs are pure overhead: labour, fuel, truck wear and a stalled crew. We take the run instead.
Small Load Co. is not an agent for any supplier. We transport eligible material you've purchased: arrange and pay for the order with the yard, then give us the supplier, the order details and the name it's under so it can be released to us at pickup.
Common use cases
- Will-call orders waiting at a supplier counter
- Bulk material loaded at a yard
- Multiple small items from one supplier stop
- Emergency material runs mid-job
How it works
- Tell us what you need delivered, roughly how much, and where it's going.
- We confirm the material is eligible for a small load and quote the delivery.
- You purchase or order the material, or we coordinate the pickup on your behalf where that applies.
- We pick the material up from the supplier or yard.
- We deliver and place it where you've asked, within safe access limits.
Important delivery considerations
- Provide the supplier, order number and pickup contact.
- Supplier loading hours and policies apply.
- Oversized or hazardous items may not be eligible.
Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a small load?
- A small load is anything under 4 tons. In practice that covers most residential and small-jobsite orders: a few cubic yards of bulk material, or a manageable stack of eligible building materials. Because weight is the limit, dense materials such as wet gravel or sand reach 4 tons in fewer yards than light materials such as mulch.
- Do you remove junk or haul away debris?
- No. Small Load Co. is a delivery service, not a junk removal company. We bring materials to your property or jobsite.
- Do I have to be home for the delivery?
- You don't need to be home for the delivery. In most cases we just need clear instructions on where the material should go and safe access to that spot.
- How do I get a price?
- Send us the material, approximate quantity, pickup source if known, and the delivery address. Quotes usually come back within a couple of business days, and confirmed deliveries go onto the schedule as soon as possible.
