What supplier pickup & delivery covers
Many suppliers sell material but leave transport to the customer, or only deliver full loads. If you've already ordered — or plan to — we can collect eligible material on your behalf and bring it to you.
Small Load Co. operates independently. We are not an agent for, or affiliated with, any supplier unless that relationship is explicitly stated.
Buy and pay for the material with the supplier first, then tell us the yard, the order details and the name it's under so it can be released to us at pickup. We're not an agent for any supplier — we handle the transport.

How it works
- Tell us what you need delivered, roughly how much, and where it's going.
- We confirm the material is eligible for a small load and quote the delivery.
- You purchase or order the material, or we coordinate the pickup on your behalf where that applies.
- We pick the material up from the supplier or yard.
- We deliver and place it where you've asked, within safe access limits.
Important delivery considerations
- The order should be paid for or arranged before pickup unless agreed otherwise.
- Supplier loading hours and policies are set by the supplier, not by us.
- Some items are not eligible due to size, weight or handling requirements.
Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a small load?
- A small load is anything under 4 tons. In practice that covers most residential and small-jobsite orders: a few cubic yards of bulk material, or a manageable stack of eligible building materials. Because weight is the limit, dense materials such as wet gravel or sand reach 4 tons in fewer yards than light materials such as mulch.
- Do you remove junk or haul away debris?
- No. Small Load Co. is a delivery service, not a junk removal company. We bring materials to your property or jobsite.
- Do I have to be home for the delivery?
- You don't need to be home for the delivery. In most cases we just need clear instructions on where the material should go and safe access to that spot.
- How do I get a price?
- Send us the material, approximate quantity, pickup source if known, and the delivery address. Quotes usually come back within a couple of business days, and confirmed deliveries go onto the schedule as soon as possible.
